What’s this teaser game about?
you are attending the opening night of the new play – a mystery! – in the magnificent Place Theater. For weeks, everyone in the city has been talking about this premiere. You and your friends gladly accepted the invitation from the treater manager, since you naturally wanted to find out what it is about this play that makes it so special.
As you enter the theater foyer, you immediately notice that thins aren’t quite right. No one else is there! The entire theater is abandoned. Nothing but tightly-shut doors and boxes… And the exit is suddenly bolted behind you as well. On a table, you find a strange program book and an even more curious disk.
All of a sudden, you hear an eerie voice over the foyer speakers: “Welcome, guests. I am sorry to have to disappoint you. The show you expected to see will not be performed tonight. This evening , you yourselves are the main actors. Together, you must figure out the secret of this opening night. If you cannot do it in time, you will be locked inside the theater forever. But if you are clever enough, you will be able to use the program book and the decoder disk to help you solve the riddles and escape. Hurry!”
